one night in the battlegrounds...

I’ve been venturing into the battlegrounds lately with one my alts currently at level 60. The win-loss ratio has been 45:55 during prime time. After prime time for the past week or so, it dropped drastically to 0:100. As much I dislike to lose but I can tell if we’re going to lose right away especially in AV. It’s been a total lack of organization about 75% into the BG and by the time we pull our $hit together it’s a little too late. Of course, one of the last chat messages before leaving are like "GG…we can never cap towers & defend it." Insert unhappy face because it's nothing new here.

One night ago, there was one AV that got my interest.

It started from someone in chat about a warrior. It was one of those "Holy #%$$^, this guy is decked out." So I went "Hmmmm…" and off I went. Sure enough in the lead of the pack is this warrior.

What did I do? I charged in. We ended up face to face. We do our little dance but not the forbidden dance. Ten seconds later, my face hit the ground. In my mind, “Ok, what just happened?” So what I do next? Hit that mount key after reviving and looked for that dam warrior like a heat seeking missile.

So at the nearest tower from the graveyard, I see that rat-face-looking-bastard night elf. Yes, I’m horde and a Death Knight as well. A DK when everybody else sees me and throws there hands in the air saying “great…not another DK.”

I charged again like the pale death horse I rode on. Again, my face has a liking to the ground and must’ve eaten some snow but not the yellow snow.

According to raid chat seconds later, the warrior had at least four healers on him. When is the last time you had that many healers on you? None? Me too.

So what do you do when you get kicked down again? You get back up and get your a$$ kicked again that’s what.

One more time, I ate some snow again.

Before we lost, we’ve gone gangsta-style and killed that buggah. So instead of yelling "WOOT!" I hit my macro and did the chugga-chugga-choo-choo train emote. Yeah, I need a new emote.

What was really interesting to me is that in the armory, this person was decked out in all pvp epic gear. Nothing new here. He’d also according to the armory, had no BC or WoTLK factions listed either. Nothing new here as well.

But it was interesting…to me.
